The drinking time is up to you, however
you must let us know as we must put this
on the Temporary Event Notice (TEN)
form which we will fill in and pay for
(nothing for you to worry about its a
temporary licence that all none licences
premises must apply for if the sale of
alcohol is to be sold on site.)
SECURING A BOOKING
Can be made by paying a deposit of £100
which is fully refundable (subject to terms
and conditions) on the event day unless
cancelled.
PLEASE contact us prior to making any
payment to ensure availability If you
prefer a different choice of draft, wine,
spirit or soft drink we are flexible as our
aim is to satisfy all of our customers each
and every time.

With all of our bar’s we do have a restriction on the amount of alcohol our clients can supply guests, no more than a bottle of wine / 4 guests and a glass of prosecco each. Reception drinks must be supplied by us unless agreed prior to booking. Guests are forbidden from supplying their own drinks at all times during our service. Guests will be discretely asked to dispose of any alcohol they have brought. If guests continue to supply their own alcohol then we will be forced to close the bar.
