About us

A Family run business based in North Wales and established in 2015. With over 10 years experience within the catering industry and at the heart of the business is owner Darren Owen. Having worked with various Venues, suppliers and caterers across North Wales we have built up a reputation for our service, quality, attention to detail and reliability. Weddings are our speciality, however we have also hosted for Events with over 1400 guests in the past. Amazing bar and service!!! During the run up to our wedding nothing was too much trouble for Darren. We felt totally reassured at all times that any worry or issue we had could be sorted by Darren. After a last minute panic about a tea station and water bottles, Darren sorted us out. Beautiful welcome drinks, an incredibly well stocked bar, fantastic service and masses of positive feedback from our guests! Diolch yn fawr Dazzling!!!!

Darren and his team supplied the bar and wine glasses for our recent wedding. They are so friendly and approachable. Their reception drinks service was great and Darren got the specific local beers we wanted with no problems at all. His glass hire was the most reasonably priced we could find and the whole service was excellent. Highly recommended – many thanks.

THE MOBILE BAR

Our bars are hand made in house using 100% renewable energy and as much local recycled materials as possible. A basic setup for up to 200 guests requires a working area of 10ft x 10ft. Supplying draft lagers, ciders, ales, spirits and soft drinks at competitive prices. Fully licensed with experienced friendly bilingual staff who are always on hand to ensure your guests are served with a smile. FREE setup for weddings over 100 guests (adults) all day and night, (subject to terms and conditions).

CASH BAR:

If you need a mobile cash bar where your guests pay for their drinks, we will set this up free of charge (subject to terms and conditions). We will deliver and install the equipment and have our fully trained bar staff serve your guests for the duration of your function.

FREE BAR:

Similar to a cash bar, a free bar option allows you to agree a designated amount of funds with us and when this amount is reached we can if you wish convert to a cash bar. Alternatively we can provide you with an amount of drinks vouchers to be redeemed over the bar at your discretion.

COMPLEMENTARY BAR:

We would create a drinks menu with you to cater for your type and volume of guests. This option is calculated on a price per head, which will be based on the number of guests you have and the length of time your event lasts for.
